We’re making healthy eating a priority in 2024! With the help of Kroger, the healthiest meals can be made from home, especially when icy roads keep us from driving! Kroger offers tons of healthy meal options, catering to various dietary preferences and nutritional needs. Find a range of fresh produce, lean proteins, and whole grains to create balanced and nutritious meals right at home!

Plus, Kroger's in-house brands often include healthier alternatives, such as organic and natural products!

This classy restaurant is located inside Hall Arts Hotel, and their food is just as stunning as the decor! They have an amazing selection of fresh salads, veggies to share, and healthy yet hearty entrees like roast chicken and salmon. It has plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans too!

Origin Kitchen

If you're looking for upscale eats made with quality ingredients, this is your spot! Origin is fully transparent about everything they use, and will gladly tell you why. For example, they only use real olive oil (no nut/seed oils), natural sweeteners like honey, and their meats are all pasture-raised, grass-fed or available as a wild option. They'll also gladly work with you on any dietary restrictions, and are celiac friendly!

This spot is a go-to for comfort food that you can feel good about eating! Their all-day menu features tons of delicious salads and bowls, like the Kale Czar, Grilled Salmon Bowl, and even a Poke Bowl! If you're looking for something to sip on, we love their selection of low ABV cocktails.

We can already tell this new restaurant in the West Village is going to be one of our go-to's for healthy eats! It's perfect for when you're craving Mexican food, but still trying to eat light. Their menu is full of lighter takes on classic dishes, all made with clean, high-quality ingredients. It's also great for vegans, vegetarians, and those who are gluten-free!

This nonprofit is changing the game for the food desert in South Dallas, so you can feel extra good about eating here! Stop by for beautiful, fresh farm-to-table foods through a breakfast and lunch menu offered, or shop Bonton Farms products like eggs, soap, and honey.
