While having dinner at Uncommon Ramen, we had the chance to try their AMAZING Brussels sprouts. It then sparked the idea that there has to be more places in Dallas that make Brussels sprouts taste good! Because we all know that taste they carry and honestly, it is a little hard to cover up! So when you find a place that has damn good Brussels sprouts, you have to share it with everybody else! So, after taking a poll, here are the best Brussels sprouts in Dallas!
You all agree! Uchi and its upstairs sister restaurant, Uchiba truly do serve up some of the best brussels we have ever had. The Baker Mama describes them as “crispy green crack” and even tries to replicate the recipe with her own, that calls for soy sauce, maple syrup and sriracha! Uchi’s menu doesn’t delve into the details as much, keep an elusive lid on their secret recipe but do name “lemon and chili” as two ingredients!
This 1950’s glamorous steakhouse of a restaurant is a stunning spot for a romantic evening. Just don’t forget to order the brussel sprouts - you all RAVE them! We have yet to try but certainly will next time we pay a visit to this Design District restaurant. They are fried with a honey mustard glaze and sound to-die-for!

One of our favorite healthy spots in Dallas, our go-to dish to order is the “make your own plate with sides.” You can pick a protein including chicken, salmon or tofu, then you choose 2 sides! We always choose a side of the Yuzu Brussels Sprouts, tossed with charred onions, savoy cabbage, and golden miso!
