We have a new rooftop, y’all! Terrazza di Triozzi has opened above its sister concept, Via Triozzi, right on Greenville Ave!
Updated April 2025
Terrazza di Triozzi
The terrace is designed to feel like a chic Italian perch, think yellow and white striped decor, shaded awnings, and lots of plants, with lounge-style seating, a 14-seat bar, and cabanas. Think of it as “‘a place where you can escape, have a spritz and some antipasti, maybe a little pizza, and almost feel like you’re in Cinque Terre or Puglia,’” the owner shared with the Dallas Morning News.
14 TYPES OF SPRITZES
The highlight: a lineup of 14 Italian amari, from well-known names like Aperol to lesser-known favorites like Averna, Cardamaro, and Cynar, ready to be transformed into custom spritzes. Add in Peroni on draft, frozen cocktails, and local beers, and the rooftop is officially summer-ready!
ITALIAN SNACKS
The rooftop has its own menu, focused on lighter bites compared to downstairs’ heartier dishes.
A few items to call out include:
🍣 Scallop crudo with herb sugo, olives & pistachio
🥓 Prosciutto e Melone topped with basil
🍕 Four “pizzettes” including a Taleggio & Local Mushroom
🐙 Misto di Mare with seafood, celery, and cherry peppers
🍰 Olive oil cake and pistachio tiramisu
CABANA RESERVATIONS
The rooftop accepts walk-ins but you can also reserve cabanas for 2–6 guests, with a $150 food & beverage minimum and a 90-minute limit. Book on Resy or call for larger parties or longer stays.
