MISTER O1 PIZZA
Their world-renowned name didn’t come by accident! Chef Renato Viola won the world championships for pizza baking twice with his signature star-shaped pizza.
Winning the world championship allowed him to be a granted the 01 Visa, awarded by US Citizenship and Immigration Services to those who have demonstrated extraordinary ability or achievement. Without this Visa, Renato Viola wouldn’t have been able to move to the U.S. and open his first restaurant in Miami.
PIZZA SCHOOL
Chef Viola is also a member of the internationally award-winning Italian acrobatic team and will visit a few times a year to teach at his “pizza school” and show you some impressive pizza-making moves and recipes!
THE MENU
Mister O1 Pizza is known for its signature star-shaped pizza, where the crust is folded and stuffed with fresh ricotta. We ordered the Luca, which includes classic ingredients and Calabrian spicy salami, but they have a few different star pizzas including a few vegetarian and vegan options!
They also have a remarkable array of delicious traditional pizzas and calzones! Begin with an aperitivo (a pre-meal drink) and pair it with the Greta Salad and the burrata served with fresh focaccia. And save room for a nutella dessert pizza!

The space is cozy, modern, and casual yet still a proper sit-down restaurant with an airy and charming atmosphere.
