The Katy Trail and Katy Trail Icehouse
THE KATY TRAIL
One of Dallas's most trafficked streets by foot: the Katy Trail. A 3-mile trail that runs through the center of Dallas, with the majority intersecting with Uptown. It's a flat paved and shaded trail that offers a sociable space to be active, whether you want to walk, run, bike or use it as a pedestrian route to other parts of town!

Half way down the trail, find an essential Dallas bucket list stop: Katy Trail Icehouse. This iconic Dallas patio bar features billowing trees, huge chalices of beer and ample space for large groups and dogs. If the weather is just right on any given Saturday, get ready to wait a bit...because Icehouse is that popular and beloved!
