LIVING IN PARK CITIES
in partnership with Jolie Barrios of Douglas Elliman
One of the most desirable parts of Park Cities: Highland Park because of its coveted public schools. Single family homes are most common and architectural styles range from small cottages to extravagant mansions. The average price is $3.3M for a 4/4, but homes can go for well into the $10M+ range. Townhomes and condos are sparse and widely range in price. Some older, small condos start around $200k, but newer, larger condos go up to $1.9M.
University Park sits above Highland Park but its still in the HPISD. Prices are more moderate, starting around $700k and can go up to almost $8M. Average price is $2.1M for a 4/4.
