The main areas of our business are operations, sales, experiential, content and marketing. We offer full-time positions and part-time opportunities like working with us as a contractor or intern. OUR WORKPLACE: THE 101HQ
We have a hybrid work environment, which means you’ll find us working from our HQ, remotely or wherever our work requires us to be such as at events and local businesses.
Our HQ is a historic property located in the State Thomas neighborhood of Dallas, TX. We love being positioned in the heart of Dallas as the city will always have a special place in our heart, having started our company as Dallasites101. Job postings state the work location and for jobs based outside of the Dallas market, limited travel is expected to our HQ in Dallas, TX throughout the year.

1. Celebration: have fun - seriously!
We work hard and celebrate harder. We are rooting for our team, clients and partners and have a Celebration Committee made-up of team members who opt into organizing meaningful ways to celebrate each other. In our weekly internal newsletter, we include “tambourine moments,” which is our way of saying wins… and yes, there are actual tambourines around our HQ so we can shake our hearts out when good things happen, no matter how big or small!
2. Transparency: own your words and your work
We’re one team and we act like it! We embrace our mission, values and goals, committing to put our best effort in while not letting mistakes or drama hold us back. We uphold a high level of transparency to propel our shared success, fostered through monthly all team meetings, weekly team and manager check-ins and regular co-founder Office Hours.
3. CommUNITY: be united with the local community
Working at The 101 calls for genuine care for the local community. Our work to propel the prosperity of a city, its businesses and people, is what fulfills us. This calling is in the DNA of our company and each of the individuals who choose to grow their career here. We check out new spots, attend events, volunteer and are active leaders in the community – not because it’s our job, but because we naturally love doing it so we made it our job.
