OAK CLIFF
Oak Cliff encompasses a large area of many mini neighborhoods that have a rich culture and history. Historic boulevards and theaters, a locally driven and artistic atmosphere, and a strong Mexican community seen in the plethora of restaurants and shops, Oak Cliff is diverse, transitional and a part of Dallas that has its own identity.

JEFFERSON BLVD
Running parallel to W 8th Street, Jefferson is only blocks from Bishop Arts and has seen a lot of change itself in recent years. The historic boulevard has a Main Street style charm to it, loaded with Mexican restaurants, taquerias, and Black-owned businesses, plus the famous Texas Theatre, to create a more off-the-beaten path street to wander.
