WHEN TO VISIT

Plus, you can't miss the Weihnachtspyramide, or Christmas Pyramid, in its authentic German fashion. The 26ft wooden carousel is a German tradition dating all the way back to the 16th century!
Fredericksburg comes alive during the summer months. Beginning in May, enjoy the juiciest peaches from the Texas Hill Country orchards. And come August, grapes begin to flourish in the Wine Country.
