Bavette Grill comes from the team behind EG Steak, but has a more intimate, neighborhood feel with high-quality dishes and great drinks! The name “Bavette” comes from a rare cut of steak known as a butcher’s secret, which we think is perfectly fitting for a restaurant that feels like a hidden gem! Inside, find a sleek bar, cozy booths, and lush greenery throughout, plus a temperature-controlled patio beside their hydroponic garden that grows herbs and produce that they use in their dishes!
THE MENU
Enjoy classic American dishes with a twist, spotlighting wet-aged steaks, seafood, and sides made with herbs and vegetables from their own hydroponic garden! We tried:
🥩 Short Rib Croquettes: house-smoked, pan-seared, and served with red pepper coulis and remoulade
🍞 Steak Crostini: tomato aioli, onion compote, and chopped steak on garlic toast
🥖 French Dip: pepper-crusted steak with creamy horseradish and au jus
🐟 Sesame Crusted Salmon: pan-seared with sautéed kale, hot honey, and sweet potato chips
🧀 Steak Tips & Mac: two-cheese and chablis cream with red wine reduction
🍫 Dark Chocolate Cheesecake: gluten-free with pistachio cream and toffee crumbles
🍰 Pistachio Tres Leches: light sponge cake with pistachio cream and toasted pistachios
