We’ve partnered with The Epilepsy Care Center and Neuro Lab Diagnostics to highlight local, inclusive spots across DFW that welcome and support families navigating sensory needs and/or epilepsy. We’ve rounded up some activities that are sensory-sensitive and/or seizure-safe (meaning no flashing lights, strobes, or loud surprises) below.

The Epilepsy Care Center, located in Irving, cares for individuals with epilepsy and special needs, offering expert care for both patients and their families. They strive to provide compassionate, accessible, innovative epilepsy care and treatment for all. NeuroLab Diagnostics, their sister neurological diagnostic center, is a leader in advanced EEG testing and neurological diagnostics, providing personalized care in a calm, supportive environment tailored to those living with epilepsy and special needs.
