Take your taco, burrito and queso cravings to the next level at Casa Del Vegano, Oak Cliff’s vegan eatery with 100% plant based variations of all your Tex-Mex go-tos! Their chic space is a whole vibe to sip stunning margs alongside giant chimichangas, black bean flautas and more!

Updated March 2022

Casa Del Vegano opened in 2021 as the second concept from the owners of another vegan favorite in Dallas, Vegan Food House! These two are making it their mission to make vegan food mainstream in Dallas, one plant based spot at a time! Casa Del Vegano is a result of love of using Tex-Mex to create a place where vegan and vegetarians can find authentic fare without the meat and dairy products commonly used in dishes! Visit any day of the week but Mondays, when they are closed!

MENU

The menu highlights signature vegan recipes and craft cocktails. For starters, try vegan queso, vegan ceviche, or fried elotes! Main plates are made using various mushrooms or jackfruit as the plant based protein alternatives! One of their best sellers is a giant, crunchy chimichanga packed with beyond beef, black beans, rice, and fried tortilla strips topped with housemade vegan chili con carne sauce! Don’t forget the cocktails, like the palomas and the pina coladas, which are garnished to perfection with fresh flowers + fruits!

They also have happy hour Monday - Saturday from 4-7 PM and a special Sunday brunch menu from 10:30 AM - 4 PM with french toast, breakfast tacos, and white tequila sangria by the pitcher!

SPACE

Casa Del Vegano sits right off Jefferson Blvd in Bishop Arts! The space is modern and sleek with a black interior and concrete floors, floor to ceiling windows and exposed wood to make it feel more relaxed. Inside you’ll spot the glow of their iconic neon sign reading “Casa Del Vegano,” a.k.a. the perfect backdrop for all your foodie Instagrams! They have indoor and outdoor traditional dining seating, or you can grab a seat at the chic bar.
