Adolphus Hotel Winter Ski Village
The iconic cozy Winter Ski Village at the Adolphus has returned, open until January 5th! Rent out one of their holiday-themed yurts, where you'll enjoy tableside smores, warm festive cocktails, and all the après-ski vibes. You can visit any evening from Tuesday through Thursday from 5pm to 10pm, and Friday and Saturday evenings from 4pm to 11pm without a reservation, but reservations are required for the private yurts and cabanas!

A Very Merry Village
The Village is home to Dallas and most extravagant pop-up! The space features photo ops, an ornament ceiling, Christmas movies playing, a hot cocoa bar, a DJ, and more! They’ll have family fun activities during the day, and swanky 21+ parties in the evening, so there's fun for all ages. While you sip or watch a movie, enjoy small bites inspired by your favorite Christmas movies! The pop-up is open from November 29th through December 29th.

Campo Verde
While this Tex-Mex spot is decked out in Christmas decor year-round, Campo Verde takes it up a notch for the holidays! You'll find over 50 Christmas trees, 500 thousand lights, and a 260-foot train running through the restaurant. Enjoy delicious margaritas alongside Tex-Mex classics like queso, enchiladas, tacos, and more. The restaurant gets super busy during the holidays, so we recommend calling ahead to check wait times and try to get on the list!

Holiday Hideaway at Chicken N Pickle
This popular pickleball spot is hosting a rooftop pop-up, called The Holiday Hideaway! In between games, enjoy cozy ski lodge vibes and themed cocktails! Reservations do have a small fee, but include a red pepper hummus + charcuterie shareable for the table. This pop-up is 21+ and can accommodate tables of up to six people!

This cult-favorite English pub is decked out every year with cozy vibes and festive decor galore! While you're there, grab a seat by the fireplace and listen to upbeat live music, while trying holiday sips and bites from their themed menu. Our favorites this year are the spiked warm
apple cider and polar bear expresso martini to drink, and the baked brie and Grinch dip to snack on!

Hotel Vin Winter Wonderland Bubbles
Head to the Christmas Capital of Texas to sip wine and enjoy fondue in a heated bubble! Each bubble features ski-lodge décor including fur blankets, heaters, and decadent treats, perfect for a cozy date or night with friends. Reservations are available in 90-minute time slots, every Wednesday through Sunday from 4pm to 9:30pm. You have plenty of time to book, bubbles are open now until February 9th!

Las Almas Rotas Navidad
Enjoy delicious Tex-Mex with a colorful festive experience, inspired by Mexico’s Navidad season! This beloved mezcaleria is going all out with decor, a new limited-time food menu, and creative holiday-themed cocktails, with lots of agave-based spirits to keep spirits high. Plus, they're activating their spirits room as "Ornamento" for private parties! This pop-up returns December 3rd!

Leela’s Wine Bar Holiday House
Your favorite neighborhood wine bar is bringing all the stunning holiday aesthetics, wine on tap, and specialty-themed cocktails! Our favorites from this year's menu include the Tipsy Elf and the Polar Espresso Martini. You can check out this pop-up experience at all three of Leela's DFW locations -- and each one has a different theme! On Lower Greenville, find traditional Christmas decor, a chic pink winter escape in Uptown, and a cozy forest vibe in Trophy Club. Open November 13th until January 6th.

Mariah Carey's Black Irish Holiday Bar at Commons Club
Make your wish come true...celebrate the holidays at a bar inspired by the iconic song, All I Want For Christmas Is You! Sing along to Mariah's most festive songs, sip themed cocktails, and snap glamorous pics at multiple photo ops. Dallas’ OG holiday experience, the Miracle Pop-Up has returned, this year at HIDE Bar! The nostalgic bar features over-the-top kitschy decor and a themed cocktail menu. Menu highlights include the Christmasaurus, Santa Slide, and Mulled Wine, and all the drinks come in themed mugs!

Saint Nick's Suite Escape
Find one of Dallas' most secret pop-ups at the Virgin Hotel -- their holiday penthouse speakeasy! Saint Nick's Suite Escape features upscale holiday decor, festive cocktails, and gorgeous skyline views from the 16th floor. Open through December 24th, reservations can be made for 90-minute timeslots at 6pm, 7:45pm, and 9:30pm. A $10 deposit is required, but will be added toward your final bill.

The Henry has transformed their rooftop bar into an upscale winter wonderland experience! The pop-up features cocktail trees adorned with espresso martinis or margaritas -- so fun and great for photos! Don't forget to order some cozy bites like Pretzels and Cheese Fondue while you sip. Reservations are encouraged, open 'til January 1st!

Suburban Yacht Club has transformed into Suburban Sleigh Club! This beachy spot in the 'burbs features holiday decor and cocktails like the Naughty but Nice Spiked Cocoa, Ho Ho Hot Toddy, and Jingle Juice. Plus, enjoy delicious bites like Sugar and Spice Churros! It's the perfect spot for a holiday photo op, located on an adorable boardwalk! Open daily from November 12th through January 2nd.
