From a tropical Christmas bar to cozy winter igloos, there's no shortage of places to cheers to Christmas cheer. Adolphus Hotel Winter Ski Village
The Adolphus Hotel’s seventh-floor rooftop has been transformed into a cozy winter village, complete with a stunning glass chalet that keeps you warm all night long and makes you feel like you’re in a snow globe! You can also reserve pool cabanas that have turned into lounges with cozy blankets, seating, and fireplaces. While you're there, sip on seven holiday-themed cocktails, like a Teddy Bear Espresso Martini or Boozy Hot Cocoa!

A Very Merry Village
The chic and cozy pop-up at The Village Country Club has returned, with over 200,000 ornaments, disco balls, and sparkling lights! Sip on colorful themed drinks like Mrs. Claus’s Cranberry Spritz, Grinch Stole Christmas, a Polar Xpresso Martini with chocolate and peppermint, and more! Plus, they have fun bites like Honey-Cranberry BBQ Meatballs and S’mores Brownies to snack on while you sip. Plus, check out their themed event nights like karaoke, Christmas movie screenings, candle-making, and more!

BAD SANTA’S BOATHOUSE ON LAKE GRAPEVINE
This unique pop-up is perfect if you're looking for something a little bit different! Located at Scotts Landing Marina, this lakeside pop-up offers a 90-minute reservation with a welcome cocktail, festive bites, and themed drinks with a mischievous twist. Spots are limited, so we highly recommend booking ahead.

Blitzen's Bar at Omni Hotels
Blitzen’s Bar is the brand-new holiday pop-up from Omni Hotels that just debuted across DFW, bringing a cheeky, full-throttle dose of Christmas cheer to both the Omni Dallas and Omni PGA Frisco Resort. Each location is decked out wall-to-wall in lights, tinsel, ornaments, and all the over-the-top décor plus a menu of playful, seasonal cocktails crafted in partnership with award-winning mixologist Julie Reiner! Menu highlights include playful sips like the Espress-Ho Ho Martini, the Naughty or Spice ginger-cinnamon whiskey cocktail, a creamy Snow Day rum drink, plus festive bites like spiced nuts, holiday bark, and other seasonal treats designed to pair with the cocktails.

Campo Verde
While this Tex-Mex spot is decked out in Christmas decor year-round, Campo Verde takes it up a notch for the holidays, and this is the last year you'll get to experience it -- they're closing at the end of the year. You'll find over 50 Christmas trees, 500 thousand lights, and a 260-foot train running through the restaurant. Enjoy delicious margaritas alongside Tex-Mex classics like queso, enchiladas, tacos, and more. The restaurant gets super busy during the holidays, so we recommend calling ahead to check wait times and try to get on the list!

Holiday Hideaway at Chicken N Pickle
Chicken N Pickle Grapevine has transformed into a cozy lodge-style hideout complete with summit views, a festive cocktail list, and a drink flight worth trying. Enjoy 12 seasonal sips, a build-your-own hot chocolate bar, and of course, some pickleball if you want to keep the fun going!

Harwood Arms: The Olde Holiday Pub
This cult-favorite English pub is decked out every year with cozy vibes and festive decor galore! While you're there, grab a seat by the fireplace and listen to upbeat live music, while trying holiday sips and bites from their themed menu. Our favorites this year are the Spiked Warm
Apple Cider and Polar Bear Espresso Martini to drink, and the Baked Apple Brie and Grinch Dip to snack on!

Hotel Vin Winter Wonderland Bubbles
Head to the Christmas Capital of Texas to sip wine and enjoy fondue in a heated bubble! Each bubble features ski-lodge décor, including fur blankets, heaters, and decadent like fondue to share, perfect for a cozy date or night with friends. Reservations are available every Wednesday through Sunday from 4pm to 8:30pm! Pricing is $260 per party in November and December, and $200 per party in January and February, and each bubble can accommodate up to five people.

The Land of Sweets at Serious Eats
EpicCentral’s newest holiday pop-up is serving festive vibes and over-the-top treats! Dig into three brand-new desserts: the Cookie Clause cookie cake, Frosty’s Funnel Cake, and the O Christmas Treat shake (which can be made boozy!), plus sip on seasonal cocktails like Merry Mischief, The Winter Goose, and Holiday Helper. The space is decked out in immersive holiday décor with tons of photo ops, and outside, you’ll find the Illuvia light and water show happening once an hour from 8:30pm to 11:30pm each night.

Leela’s Wine Bar Holiday House
Your favorite neighborhood wine bar is bringing all the stunning holiday aesthetics, wine on tap, and specialty-themed cocktails! Our favorites from this year's menu include the espresso martini flight and the naughty and nice shots. You can check out this pop-up experience at all three of Leela's DFW locations -- and each one has a different theme! On Lower Greenville, find traditional Christmas decor, a chic pink winter escape in Uptown, and a cozy forest vibe in Trophy Club.

Miracle at HIDE
Dallas’ OG holiday experience, the Miracle Pop-Up, has returned for another year at HIDE Bar! The nostalgic bar features over-the-top kitschy decor and a themed cocktail menu, spread through the dining room, rooftop, and patio. Menu highlights include the Christmapolitan, Snowball Old Fashioned, Coconut Hot Chocolate, and all the drinks come in themed mugs! They don't take reservations, so get there early or prepare to wait a little.

MIRACLE ON SOUTH MAIN at Nickel City
Looking for a holiday pop-up in Cowtown? Head to Nickel City, famous for its pop-ups! The dive bar has transformed into a holiday wonderland with wall-to-wall decorations, whimsical cocktails, glowing lights, and that nostalgic Christmas energy. You can also enjoy the cheerful vibe outside on the patio and grab a bite from the food truck parked out near! Reservations are recommended.

Saint Nick's Suite Escape at Virgin Hotels Dallas
Find one of Dallas' most secret pop-ups at the Virgin Hotel -- their holiday penthouse speakeasy! Saint Nick's Suite Escape features upscale holiday decor, festive cocktails, and gorgeous skyline views from the 16th floor. Reservations can be made for 90-minute timeslots at 6pm, 7:45pm, and 9:30pm. A $10 deposit is required, but will be added toward your final bill.

Santa’s Last Stop At Truck Yard The Colony
This funky bar in the 'burbs is decked out with glowing trees, ornaments, garland, and even a giant fireplace screen that makes everything feel extra cozy! Plus, you can leave Santa a message on the “Naughty Hotline” phone booth, where you can confess your mischief or try to talk your way back onto the nice list. The menu features over 20 holiday-themed drinks including shots like the Elf Fart, flask cocktails including old fashioneds and espresso martinis, frozen eggnog, seasonal beers like candy cane or pumpkin spice, and cozy warm drinks like the Irish Java or Spiced Apple Cider!

St. Henry’s Winter Wonderland
The Henry has transformed their rooftop bar into an upscale winter wonderland experience! The pop-up features cocktail trees adorned with espresso martinis or margaritas -- so fun and great for photos! Don't forget to order some cozy bites like Pretzels and Cheese Fondue while you sip. Reservations are encouraged, and a $7 donation per guest at the door benefits the North Texas Food Bank!

Suburban Sleigh Club
Suburban Yacht Club has transformed into Suburban Sleigh Club! This beachy spot in the 'burbs features holiday decor and cocktails like the Sleigh My Name, Yule Shoot Your Eye Out, and even a Black Cherry Frozen Icicle Mocktail. Plus, enjoy delicious bites like Sugar and Spice Churros and 'Tis the Season Tamales! It's the perfect spot for a holiday photo op, located on an adorable boardwalk!

The Evergreen at Commons Club
More than just a pop-up bar, this spot is a full-on pop-up restaurant! Dine immersed in decor inspired by luxury and the magic of a storybook Christmas, with deep green tones, classic plaids. On the menu, you'll find elevated yet cozy dishes like seared foie gras with poached pears and roasted chestnuts, mini lobsters with garlic butter, and hard eggnog pudding with ginger snaps. Wash it all down with any of their themed cocktails like the Peppermintini or the Hot Yuletide Toddy!

Tipsy Elf
This season, all of Bishop Lane has turned into a frosty Texas frontier, complete with multiple themed bars, karaoke dens, and over-the-top decorations. With four themed bars, naughty or nice entertainment, and more, this iconic pop-up is one you don’t want to miss! Each of the bars has its own menu, so taste your way through the Red Elf District, Sleigh Saloon, Tinsel Tavern, and Tipsy Navidad.

WINE FUSION’S CHRISTMAS POP-UP
Find this adorable pop-up on Historic Main Street in Grapevine, aka the Christmas Capital of Texas! Wine Fusion Winery has turned into a cozy, twinkling Christmas retreat. Their seasonal drinks lineup is truly next level, with drinks like a Christmas Cookie Martini or Rudolph’s Spiked Coffee! They also have plenty of wines, if that's more your thing.
