Everything Madeleine

Founded by Seunghee Park, a pastry chef from South Korea, Everything Madeleine started as a small pop-up before growing into a beloved bakery. Inspired by madeleine-focused pastry shops in Korea, she saw a gap in the Dallas market and decided to bring her passion for these French treats to Texas!

Not all matcha is created equal, and trust us– this one lives up to the hype. Their Matcha Cream Latter is rich, velvety, and perfectly balanced, with zero grittiness and the perfect amount of sweetness. Multiple reviews (and TikTok) swear it’s one of the best in DFW, and we can’t disagree!
