OUR HILL COUNTRY ITINERARY
Who doesn’t love the feeling of the breeze blowing through the sunroof, music turned up, and a gorgeous sunset as you crush an incredible 3-day itinerary packed with Texas charm! We hit so many incredible spots across the hill country while we cruised around in the new electric Ford F-150! And we cataloged it all so you can recreate this ultimate road trip yourself!
DAY 1
Stop at Buc-ees for road trip snacks & charge up.
Drive to Blanco & stop at the Hill Country Lavender Farm.
Visit Herb’s Hat Shop for a custom cowboy hat.
Grab a quick lunch at Old 300 BBQ.
Walk through an old western town at the Buggy Barn Museum.
Head to the stunning Walden Retreats & check into a luxury tent. (Pictured)
Watch the sunset from the tailgate with a bottle of wine.
DAY 2
Enjoy a morning drive into Fredericksburg with the windows down.
Stop in for coffee and breakfast at the historic The Pharmacy Fredericksburg.
Explore dozens of shops & local attractions on Main.
Go on a tour at Longneck Manor and get to feed giraffes.
Stop by H-E-B to charge up and grab some essentials.
Head out to Enchanted Rock State Natural Area.
Enjoy a tailgate lunch, then hike up for stunning views.
Return to Walden Retreats to grill out & roast s’mores over the fire. (Pictured)
DAY 3
Stop at Johnson City Coffee Co., then head to Gruene.
Grab a delicious Root Beer Float from Gruene General Store.
Stroll around local antique shops or hit up Gruene Mini Golf.
Have lunch at the Gristmill River Restaurant with views of the Guadalupe.
