HOLY ROLLIE PASTRY SHOP
Founder Kimberly Matthews and her daughter were out shopping when they stumbled upon a unique treat station that sparked an idea of their own. From there, business plans were made, recipes were perfected, and by 2020, they hosted their first pop-up event! The rest is history!
GOURMET CINNAMON ROLLS
Made from scratch daily, their signature Rollies come in a variety of flavors that change monthly. Each one is layered with rich fillings (like traditional, honey bunny, or maple bacon), topped with buttercream icings or glazes, and finished with unique toppings.
