We’ve shared about concerts and shows at Toyota Music Factory quite a few times but have yet to highlight some of the amazing concepts you can find within the property! We recently checked out Kitchen101 and it’s the perfect spot to dine before or after a show with an incredible menu of fresh foods, late-night snacks, delicious coffee, cocktails, and more!

The food truck turned fast-casual concept opened earlier this year and serves up breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night bites. It’s located in the heart of the Toyota Music Factory in the cutest space with a retro but modern vibe. They also have a full-service coffee, cocktail, and wine bar making it the perfect spot to pop into before or after a show at the Music Factory!

Their menu puts a focus on whole foods and fresh ingredients! You’ll find a little bit of everything from pizzas, salads, sandwiches, bowls, quality meats cooked on their wood-fired grill, shareable plates, and more! For breakfast, you can enjoy biscuit sandwiches, breakfast tacos, waffles, eggs benedict and more! We were seriously impressed by their wide variety of options and everything we had was so fresh and yummy.

Some of our favs were the avocado toast, rotisserie chicken pizza, greenz & vegez salad, and the banana pudding sugar tacos which are an absolute must!

If you’re looking for something quick and easy they have a great grab-and-go case featuring a rotating selection of party dips, dinners for two, sides, and more that are all made fresh daily! If you live or work nearby they also have a walk-up coffee window perfect for fueling your morning on the go.

If you haven’t made your way to Irving to explore Toyota Music Factory, check out their upcoming concerts or spend the day hopping between the 20+ concepts throughout! Whether you’re looking to catch a game at a sports bar, enjoy live music, see a movie, go axe throwing, or have a nice dinner, there are endless dining and entertainment opportunities!
