STONETHROW CLUB
Set to open in Summer 2027 in Lake Highlands, this Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired property will span 3.65 acres and include one of the largest private resort-style pools in Dallas. Each level is designed to meet families where they are, whether you’re chasing toddlers or wanting a little “me time.”
🌳 Ground Floor: A resort-style pool, beer garden, and family-friendly restaurant with an icehouse vibe. Plus, an enclosed green field, indoor jungle gym, mothers’ lounge, and nursery, all within a fully secured outdoor space.
🍸 Second Floor: The Parents’ Oasis, a lounge and cocktail bar with spa-like bathrooms, patios, and private gathering rooms perfect for events or mahjong night.
⚽ Third Floor: The Kids Kingdom, featuring 15,000 square feet of indoor fields, sport courts, and creative play zones led by “Playmakers” (similar to camp counselors, but cooler).
