Also, Berkley’s Market has shuttered its Oak Cliff and Downtown locations, in anticipation of growth in other neighborhoods.

BERKLEY’S MARKET
Originally Royal Blue Grocers, which opened in 2015, and now rebranded as Berkley's in 2021, Berkley's is a beloved neighborhood market. They have a few locations around Dallas, owned by a husband and wife duo. Inside, you'll find a gourmet yet approachable grocery store with food, coffee, and wine!
UPTOWN LOCATION
Berkley’s Market, the local upscale market and cafe is coming to Uptown in the former Foxtrot space on McKinney Ave, and as soon as THIS fall!
WHAT TO EXPECT
Like other Berkley’s Markets, it will focus on four main categories: prepared foods, coffee, groceries and beer & wine. However, the new location will also serve “‘as a test kitchen,’ allowing the team to experiment with new prepared food offerings.”
CLOSURES
Other new locations beyond Uptown are in the works, so as part of its “strategic expansion,” Berkley’s has closed its stores in Oak Cliff and on Main Street in Downtown. Knox Street and Arts District remain open.
STAY TUNED
They’re excited to bring a local, neighborhood grocer to the neighborhood…and we have to say, the timing couldn’t be more perfect as a plethora of other restaurants are anticipated to open soon in the area!
