The Italian pizza ranking company “50 Top Pizza,” ranks ‘za around the world, and Partenope has slowly been climbing the ranks up their 50 Best in the US list over the years. This year, they landed at #12 after 5 years in operation, owned by an Italian husband-wife duo. The husband, Dino, grew up in Naples and pays homage to his home through Partenope!

Partenope specializes in Neopolitan-style pizzas, with 15 creations to choose from, plus a rotating monthly special. The “Montanara” was a Pizza Olympics gold medal winner, which is flash fried then baked crust, mozzarella, Parmesan, tomato sauce, and basil. A fan favorite is the “Regina al Prosciutto” with buffalo mozzarella and prosciutto.

 

WORKSHOPS

Every Saturday, from 2pm to 3pm, you can learn how to make authentic Neopolitan-style pizzas with the team! They provide tips, tricks, and techniques as you make your own pizza with them in real-time, at the restaurant while it’s closed to the public.

 

BOOKING & HOW IT WORKS

Book on Resy, spots are $100 each and limited to 8 people per class. The class is 60 minutes, and at the end you can enjoy your creation, and get to take home some fresh dough to make another pie at home too!

P.S. there’s also a location in Richardson! However, workshops are offered only at the downtown location.
