We stopped by during the week and spotted people working remotely, then came back on a weekend to see a lively cocktail lounge with great music!

PINKIES COFFEE + COCKTAILS
Nestled in the heart of Oak Lawn, the space has been reimagined with bright pink details, neon signs, and plush lounge seating. Mornings are all about espresso drinks, teas, and pastries, while evenings bring out the cocktail crowd with a high-energy lounge vibe and live DJs!
COFFEE BY DAY & COCKTAILS BY NIGHT
The menu ranges from lattes and matchas during the day to coffee-inspired cocktails and fruity spritzes at night! We tried:
☕ Carajillo: A classic Spanish cocktail made with Liquor 43, espresso, and salt
🌸 Botanical Spritz: A refreshing cocktail made with Crop Cucumber Vodka, elderflower, lime, and bubbles
🚬 Coffee & A Cigarette: A deep and smoky coffee cocktail with Rosaluna Mezcal, Faretti Coffee Liquor, and espresso
🍓 Rumor Has It: Bright and citrusy with strawberry-infused Aperol and lime juice
