It's not often you find a local hang that combines a craft beer bar and a specialty coffee shop, but at Civil Pour, it works! While grabbing a coffee on the go is the typical move for a coffee shop, we love sipping ours in this fun atmosphere with expansive space, funky mural and natural lighting. It sits within The Hill’s mixed-use development, so it's surrounded by some of our favorite places!

Civil Pour was actually created by the founders of Big Texas Beer Fest! They started cranking out their own coffee recipes, like cold brew. at local events in 2017, and their brick + mortar took shape within the year! Now going on 4 years later, the shop not only serves up coffee, craft beer and bites, but is a growler-filling station, too!

COFFEE & BITES

We’re big fans of their tea presentation, but their coffee program is their primary specialty! Whether it's a cup of coffee or a signature latte, they're both perfected through the programs the team has been practicing for years! They rotate their coffee roasters, which are hand-selected. Pair your drink of choice with yummy bites like paninis, pastries, and sweets! Some are collabs with other local businesses like pulled pork from Pecan Lodge in their Cuban and pastries from Arielle, Pastry Works.

BEER

The team has been in and around the beer industry since 2008! Their goal was to one day create a beer bar that they’d be proud to go to, and their hard work has paid off. Within Civil Pour you’ll find a rare, seasonal, best-of style of smooth-pour brews! Grab a glass in-house or take a growler to go that you can enjoy at your leisure! They have a special growler-filler from Austria that’s oxygen free, allowing you to enjoy weeks or even months later!
