Led by Chef Richard Sandoval, a globally-recognized chef, restaurateur, and pioneer of contemporary Latin cuisine, Toro Toro puts a spin on the classic churrascaria. The menu is all about sharing, with Latin-style small plates, charcoal-grilled meats, and fresh seafood dishes influenced by the flavors of Mexico and Peru!
SUPPORTING BEE PRESERVATION
They are also serving a limited-time Viva Abejas menu that celebrates the magic of bees and their role in our food system! From bee pollen-dusted salads to honey-drizzled short ribs and orange blossom ceviche, each dish highlights the connection between pollination and flavor. Even better, the campaign supports bee preservation efforts! Guests can even adopt their own hive or donate a children’s book to help educate future generations!

The dishes at Toro Toro are all about bold, smoky flavors and creative Latin flair! Designed for sharing, you get to sample a little of everything, from seafood starters to vegetable sides and grilled meats. We tried:

THE LOUNGE BAR
Plus, their lounge bar is open daily from 11 am-12 am for drinks and light bites! Some of our favorites include the Tamarind Mezcalita and the Rodeo Clown, which both feature 400 Rabbits Espadín. Don’t miss their Happy Hour from Monday to Thursday from 4pm to 7pm.
