VERACRUZ ALL NATURAL
Sisters and best friends, Reyna and Maritza Vazquez, started Veracruz All Natural in 2010 after securing a food truck and a spot on Cesar Chavez. The two grew up cooking with their mother in the kitchen in Veracruz, Mexico, and knew they had to bring their restaurant visions to Austin. They have been recognized countless times and received many awards for their tacos, smoothies, and fresh salsas.
THE MIGAS
The award-winning Migas taco is no doubt one of the best in Austin. It all starts with a homemade corn tortilla and is filled with eggs, veggies, crispy corn tortilla chips (the main ingredient), and topped with jack cheese and avocado. Add bacon if you’re feeling extra hungry and order a few for the table because it Is the ultimate crowd-pleaser.
SMOOTHIES AND JUICE
Besides their long list of breakfast and lunch tacos, you can find juices, smoothies, and aguas frescas. If you’re looking for something cool on a hot day grab one of the many aguas frescas flavors including watermelon, mango, orange, strawberry and so many more!
THE LOCATIONS
Veracruz All Natural has now made its home in a few different locations around Austin and Round Rock. They have food trucks in East Austin off Webberville Rd., in Mueller off Airport Blvd., in South Austin at Radio Coffee, and in Tarrytown off Winstead Ln. Their brick-and-mortar is up in Round Rock and they have a walk-up window and limited indoor restaurant inside the Line Hotel in downtown Austin.
