BONE MARROW BOOZE LUGE
The star of the show and probably one of the more unique dishes we’ve seen is the new bone marrow booze luge! Enjoy a roasted bone marrow topped with smoked date syrup and gremolata paired with a shot of Bulleit rye whiskey on the side for $21! Once you finish the bone marrow, use the hollowed-out bone as your luge for the shot!
