Hawaiian barbecue is a blend of cuisines that can best be described as Asian and Islander with a mix of American in between (hello fries)! Pick your protein with endless plated meal options like chicken katsu, short ribs, kalua pork, even spam (a.k.a. the food icon of Hawaii)! We tried the various chicken dishes, and the banana lumpia was the perfect sweet note to end on.
