New Dallas restaurant alert! The highly-anticipated Anchor Sushi Bar has officially debuted one of its two locations and it’s a 10/10 experience! From the vibes, aesthetic, and menu, it totally lives up to the hype!

ANCHOR SUSHI BAR
It’s no surprise it's fabulous coming from Vandelay Hospitality, the group behind Dallas hotspots Drakes, Hudson House, and DL Macks! Step inside a yacht-inspired restaurant with circle windows, wooden floors and ceilings, and even a swanky bar. It truly feels like you’re dining on a yacht and it’s amazing!
FYI - this is the Preston Hollow location with the Knox location expected to open soon!
THE FOOD 🍣
Find a curated menu with shared apps, a raw bar, noodles and rice dishes, wagyu plates, and a variety of sushi rolls. We ordered:
+ spicy tuna crispy rice and wagyu short rib skewers
+ anchor roll
+ golden roll with mango, the best roll (riceless & our fav!)
Next time, we want to try the wasabi fried rice, Lupton roll with lemon and truffle, and the miso sea bass!
THE DRINKS 🍸
Just like their other concepts, the bar does not disappoint! They offer an extensive list of cocktails and martinis to pair with your meal. We highly recommend the passionfruit cocktail and the martini topped with limoncello foam!
Make sure to head down to the bar for a cozy experience with a plaid carpet!
