BLACK SWAN SALOON
Black Swan first opened in Deep Ellum in 2010, where it gained insane popularity due to their specialty cocktails paired with an intimate and underground setting! They closed due to Covid, to the community’s disheartenment, but have now reopened bringing together a SUPER talented team!
THE TEAM
Founder Gabe Sanchez and Ryan Payne, owners of Saint Valentine have joined forces with Brian Rutt and Pasha Heidari, the minds behind Alice, Columbian Country Club, St. Martin’s Wine Bistro, Bowen House, and Mike’s Gemini Twin!
THE NEW LOCATION
The new location (formerly Fiction Coffee) is situated right next to the restaurant, Alice, and is the ideal spot for a post-sushi cocktail. The revamped bar offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere! The dimly lit, intimate space is complete with vintage graphics and cozy booths! This is the perfect spot to unwind and indulge in a unique and delicious cocktail. Plus the iconic Clint Eastwood painting, a familiar face from the bar’s former location, adds a touch of nostalgia to the new space!
FOOD & DRINK
Black Swan is back and better than ever, offering a delicious selection of handcrafted cocktails, local beers, and fine wines! Don’t miss their iconic clear espresso martini, made with their own clarified coffee. For a spicy kick, try their pineapple habanero drink, or indulge in their banana Bacardi cocktail! They also have a selection of “house freezer martinis” AKA all the classic flavors of an ice cold martini!
PS Black Swan will soon have some small bites prepared by the Alice restaurant chefs!
