EMILIA'S FORT WORTH

Located inside the Crescent Hotel, The Blue Room is a brand new culinary experience from Food Network chef Preston Paine! Paine was recently was a finalist on the cooking competition, Ciao House! The Blue Room is tucked away in a private space inside Emilia’s and is perfect for a special occasion or date night!

THE SPACE

The space is spectacular with blue tones throughout including the velvet walls, leather booth seating and the cane dining chairs. The massive gold mirrors and unique chandelier really elevate the space and the windows overlooking the hotels courtyard and fireplace make for a cozy ambiance at night!

 

THE EXPERIENCE

The whole dining experience felt truly elevated with only about 13 tables inside, incredible service and a sommelier who can recommend the perfect wine pairing for each course! The experience starts with a menu of unique one bite hors d’oeuvres and then moves on to appetizers with offerings like caviar service and shellfish towers. For mains, expect dishes that rotate seasonally and include table side preparation like the fresh catch filleted table side!

 

Enjoy little touches that really take the experience to the next level like a warm hand towel brought to the table between courses!
