Modera sits right between Trinity Groves and Bishop Arts, so you’re surrounded by some of the best spots in Dallas! If we lived here here’s how we’d spend the perfect day in the area:
1. Start your morning with coffee or a matcha at Tribal All Day Cafe.
2 .Stroll through the nearby shops like Blush Bookstore or All Good Things for a little retail therapy.
3. For lunch, head over to Beto and Son and treat yourself to their famous liquid nitrogen margaritas.
4. Afterward, walk to ArtPark to cheer on your favorite team.
5 .End the evening with an upscale dinner at Paradiso or Written by the Seasons.
