If you’ve been hoping for a pickle ball bar in Dallas, get excited because Chicken N Pickle, the Kansas City based company, has arrived!! And it’s EPIC with 11 courts, a rooftop, all the lawn games and a total of 77,000 sq ft of space!

CHICKEN & PICKLE

Chicken N Pickle opened in North Kansas City in 2017 as an entertainment/restaurant hybrid centered around the fast growing tennis hybrid sport. The owners loved the social aspect of pickle ball, but Chicken N Pickle goes beyond that, also centering around a theme of games in general, plus a menu of chicken dishes!

PICKLE BALL

Five courts outside and six inside, your friends can gather around, eating and drinking while you play. The courts rent out by the hour and pricing is dependent on when you go but ranges from $20-$40/hr. That includes paddles and a ball, and the courts are kid friendly!

OR visit from 8am-10am or 9-11pm daily for $5/pp open play!

FOOD & DRINK

Grab a local brew at one of the two bars and then head to the counter to order an NKC Hot Chicken Sandwich, a rotisserie chicken, fried pickles or other KC specials or Southern bar favorites!

While we visited during a time when it wasn’t busy, we can only imagine how much fun Chicken N Pickle will be on a weekend, especially as the weather gets warmer! So tag a friend and mark down this new spot that offers something for everyone: family friendly fun, games, patio hanging and a space that you can take as seriously as deep as your love for pickle ball runs!
