JULY 1ST EVENTS

 

Klyde Warren Park 4th of July Fireworks

 

Fireworks on The Fairway

The recently opened PGA Frisco is hosting their inaugural Fourth of July celebration! Enjoy live music, food trucks, new restaurants, carnival games, prizes, and even a modern drone show before the traditional firework show. There will also be an official grand opening and ribbon cutting of the Monument Realty PGA District.

HOMETOWN FOURTH OF JULY CELEBRATION

From July 1st through July 4th, Granbury is hosting a festival featuring local vendors, delicious eats, and more! Spend the weekend enjoying eats and drinks, shopping unique handmade products, and exploring fun family-friendly activities! The grand finale of the celebration is the parade and fireworks show on July 4th!

Klyde Warren Park’s Independence Day Celebration

Kick-off July at the iconic Klyde Warren Park, surrounded by the city skyline! The family-friendly event features over 20 food trucks along with stilt walkers, caricature artists, hair color bars, glitter tattoo artists, and more. Adults can even enjoy cash bars with wine, beer, and Mambo Taxis! Catch endless entertainment including music from Angel White and Prophets and Outlaws, plus patriotic shows from The Nancy Best Fountain. LIBERTY RUN

Get ready to run in red, white, and blue! Denton's 24th Annual Liberty Run 5k run and 1-mile walk will feature awards, photo-ops, and swag included with admission like a race t-shirt and bag.

YANKEE DOODLE PARADE

Bring the whole family and some lawn chairs to watch a parade celebrating all things USA! The parade route begins near the Wells Fargo building at Austin St. and Hickory St., continues around the square, then down McKinney St. to the Denton Civic Center.

JULY 3RD EVENTS

Ida Claire 4th of July

 

Addison Kaboom Town! at Ida Claire

Kaboom Town is back & better than ever this year in Addison but is already sold out! If you still need plans to see fireworks, we're sharing how you can see the top-rated fireworks show without a ticket to the main event at Addison Circle Park! The main event is at Addison Circle park and draws roughly 500k people. It's free but a GA ticket is required for entry, and those tickets are sold out! The watch parties around the park are where the real fun happens! Join Ida Claire for their first-ever Kaboom Town Block Party kicking off at 4pm in their parking lot! Enjoy a perfect view of the fireworks, live music from a Fleetwood Mac cover band, family style backyard bbq, festive drinks, corn hole contest and more! Frisco Freedom Fest

Head to Frisco for a full two days of fun for humans and pets alike! The festivities kick off July 3rd with a "Night at the Races", featuring four different events. Play to win a cash prize in the Cornhole Tournament, or light up the night in the Hotter 'n Firecrackers 5K Glow Run! Get your pup in on the competition too with the Dachshund Dash Races or the Yankee Doodle Poodle Parade, which both are raising money for the Collin County Animal Shelter! Come back on July 4th for food from the Taste of Frisco vendors, and a 20-minute firework show after the FC Dallas game!

Light-Up Arlington

Watch fireworks from the Arlington Music Hall in Downtown Arlington! Reserve a spot now for access to kids activities, drink tickets, free water bottles, and even a Babe’s Chicken dinner! This option is called the “Chicken and a Chair” ticket and includes chicken tenders and a side of mashed potatoes with gravy, corn, salad, green beans, and a roll. What better way to celebrate the holiday than some good old-fashioned American eats?!

Red White and Blue Featuring Coffey Anderson

Celebrate America's birthday with Mr. Red White and Blue at one of DFW's largest entertainment destinations! Enjoy a special concert by Coffey Anderson, followed by free fireworks show to end the night!

Sensory Sensitive 4th of July Celebration

If you, a loved one, or your pet have noise sensitivity, this event is a safe and fun alternative! Traditional fireworks will be replaced with a colorful patriotic laser light show! Before the show, enjoy a concert, animal education lessons, a petting zoo presented by the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, fun demos from DFW Disc Dog on the lawn, face paintings, and more!

4TH OF JULY PARADE "OFFICIAL" AFTER PARTY

Cheers to red, white, and brews! Head to TUPPS Brewery after McKinney's parade for lunch and a party! Enjoy live music, delicious eats, splash pads, kiddie pools, water guns, popsicles, and of course -- beer! Dogs are also allowed on their outdoor patios, so bring them along to chill in the shade and celebrate too!

Block Party at the Park

Celebrate our stars and stripes with a Block Party at Old City Park! This family-friendly event features live music, interactive games, water gun mayhem on Main Street, live music, and food trucks like All-n-BBQ and Kona Ice. This event is BYOB, so pack a cooler and enjoy your classic summer eats picnic style! Admission includes a chance to win surprise raffle prizes from Grazing Dallas and Four Corners Local Brewery!

DALLAS WINDS STAR-SPANGLED SPECTACULAR

Fair Park Fourth

Let freedom ring in Fair Park and watch fireworks from an iconic Dallas landmark! The annual festival will feature live music, local vendors, food trucks, and more. There will be tons of activities for kids, so bring the whole family along to celebrate! FREEDOM FESTIVAL

Lewisville's 25th Annual Freedom Festival will be a booming evening of fun for the whole family! Leading up to the fireworks, catch live performances from local favorites Burning Sky Band, The Bandulus, and Gratz. Come hungry, there will be tons of food truck options to snack on! Plus, kids can enjoy bungee rides, water slides, face painting, obstacle courses, and games.

Frisco RoughRiders Stars & Stripes Night

The Double-A affiliate team of the Texas Rangers, the Frisco RoughRiders, is hosting an epic 4th of July celebration presented by Rhythm Energy! Get to the game early for a pregame concert from Rightfield, then watch them play the Midland RockHounds and indulge in classic game day concessions! After the game,  sit on the field to take in the awesome double firework show with your crew!

LAKE GRAPEVINE JULY 4TH FIREWORKS EXTRAVAGANZA

A tradition for 39 years, the fireworks on Grapevine Lake can be viewed from all over the water and shore! The show will be 30 minutes long, so get there early to get your spot before the show starts!

LAKE HIGHLANDS FOURTH OF JULY PARADE AND CARNIVAL

Enjoy a dazzling parade and lively carnival near the lake! The parade will feature decorated bikes and trikes, floats from local neighborhoods, organizations, and businesses, Dallas Fire Rescue trucks, and a Grand Marshall leading the event. Right after the parade, check out the games, music, eats and drinks, and more!

PARK CITIES 4TH OF JULY PARADE

Join the Rotary Club of Park Cities for their twentieth-anniversary parade! This year's theme is Freedom to Serve, celebrating all the ways the community serves one another! Bring the whole family along to check out dozens of themed floats, snap photos, and more!

Plano’s All-American 4th of July Parade

Head to Plano to celebrate America’s birthday, and the city of Plano’s 150th birthday too! The festival kicks off with the parade hosted by Rotary Parades of Plano. After the parade, families can enjoy a photo-op, free goodies honoring the city’s birthday, food and drink vendors, and a Kids’ Zone! End the evening with a stunning fireworks show – blankets, lawn chairs, and coolers are welcome!

RED, WHITE, & BLUEGRASS AT THE GAZEBO

Spend the evening in Historic Downtown Grapevine listening to an All-American fave -- bluegrass music! Get there early to explore the main street restaurants and wineries, and guarantee a free parking spot and folding chair seat! You can also bring your own blankets, coolers, and snacks to watch the fireworks over Grapevine Lake too!

Sparks & Stripes: Fourth of July Parade

Irving’s annual celebration in the Heritage District will feature all the classics! See marching bands, floats, and all things red-white-and-blue in the parade, then head to the park for the annual Watermelon Social! Families can cool off with a refreshing slice of watermelon while listening to live music from the Jade Flores Band. Later in the evening, the fun continues at Levy Event Plaza with live music, fireworks, a drone show, and more!

Thoroughbred Racing Season: Lone Stars & Stripes Fireworks Festival

Enjoy an All-American tradition this Independence Day – horse racing! Head to Lone Star Park to watch the races, plus a 20-minute fireworks show after the last race. Plus, enjoy live music, bonus points on wagers, and a family fun zone! Kids can explore a petting zoo, pony rides, face paintings, airbrush tattoos, inflatable slides, an obstacle course, and games all evening long. Military members can also present their ID for free entry!
