Cinco de Mayo is a vibrant holiday commemorating the Mexican army's victory over the French at the Battle of Puebla in 1862 & is now widely recognized as a day to enjoy Mexican culture, music, food, and drinks with family and friends! Here are some events going on to celebrate the holiday!

UNO MAS TEX-MEX
Cha Cha Cha all night long at Uno Mas Tex Mex, situated right next to the iconic Giant Eyeball sculpture Downtown! The fiesta is from 4-11pm on the 5th and features a DJ, dancing, mariachi band, Tex Mex faves, face painting, and more! The indoor/outdoor event will have activities happening all evening so grab your crew and salsa your way through Downtown Dallas!

DALLASITES101 CINCO DE MAYO AT FEDERALES
If you haven’t already experienced Federales and the “ring the bell” shot station, this is the perfect chance and if you already have, you get why there is so much hype! Join us for a fiesta from 4-8 pm on Friday, May 5th for discounted food and drink specials, live music & more! Specials include the Mango Shotta Ice Shot, a bold & spicy Mangonada-inspired flavored tequila shot, and a Corazón Blanco Margarita!
