Cliff Coffee is officially open at the brand-new Assembly Park Plano development, and it’s from the same owners behind Cream and Sugar in Fairview and other local spots you may know and love!

CLIFF COFFEE
The space has such a cool desert vibe, with terracotta walls, deep red accents, leather seating, a metal cactus sculpture, and a huge cowboy mural by Dallas artist Michael McPheeters. We love the natural lighting throughout, and with a mix of tables and lounge seating, it’s such a great spot to hang!

THE COFFEE
They’re brewing with Lemma Coffee Co beans (one of our Dallas faves) alongside fresh pastries and bagels. If you’ve ever been to Cream & Sugar in Fairview, you’ll notice the same quality since owners Jacob Cox and Danny Wilson are behind both.
ABOUT THE ASSEMBLY PARK DEVELOPMENT
Cliff Coffee is one of the first openings at Assembly Park, a new mixed-use development taking over the old Plano Market Square Mall. The project is bringing apartments, restaurants, and retail together with a central park and event space.
MORE TO COME FROM BLENDER BRANDS
Cliff Coffee is just the start! Owners Jacob Cox and Danny Wilson (aka Blender Brands Hospitality) were also behind Deep Ellum favorites like The Pharmacy (the milkshake bar that later became Select Start Arcade). And now, they’re bringing two more spots to Assembly Park: Tacoro, a taco concept, and Assembly Ice House, a laid-back beer garden. Local restaurateur JR Muñoz of Will Call Bar is also a part of the team, so expect big things ahead for East Plano!
