TRIUMPHS DALLAS
Triumphs sits in an old industrial building, and they’ve kept its original charm – think raw steel details, exposed brick, and skylights. The 1966 Benelli motorcycle on display adds a fun vintage touch, and the cozy leather couches make it easy to stay for a while. It’s the kind of place where you come for one drink and end up staying for three. Plus, the music isn’t too loud so you are still able to have conversations!
COFFEE & BREAKFAST, ALL DAY
By day, Triumphs fuels creatives, coffee lovers, and remote workers with locally roasted beans from Noble Coyote Coffee and a rotating guest roaster. Their housemade syrups add a fun touch– we tried the Filthy Animal Latte and it did not disappoint!! Plus, there’s no upcharge for the syrups either!
They also serve bagels from one of our faves, Starship Bagel, and pastries from the amazing La Casita Bakeshop– plus a killer breakfast sandwich. We saw someone pair their croissant sandwich with a cortado, and it’s at the top of our list for next time!
WHISKEY, COCKTAILS, AND LIVE JAZZ
At night, the space turns into a whiskey bar with a warm, intimate feel. Whether you’re a whiskey aficionado or just there for the vibes, their bartenders can guide you through their huge selection of bourbons, scotch, and cocktails. Sipping on the Triumph’s Martini or an Old Fashioned while listening to live jazz is the perfect way to end a long day!
