Dad Jokes Cheesyburger is the newest addition to the Rail District, started by husband-and-wife team Clayton and Gabby Jones. What began as a food truck in 2024 is now a brick-and-mortar in Frisco, serving up smash burgers, laughs, and a true family-run vibe!

Clayton, who spent 20+ years with Rudy’s BBQ, set out to open a restaurant with his family by the time her turned 45… and he made it happen! Their mission? Celebrate dads, serve great food, and make people smile. Every burger comes with a printed dad joke, and guests can even submit their own to be featured in the restaurant and on socials!
BURGER MENU
From the classic cheesyburger with American cheese and mayo to the loaded Smoke Stack with brisket-and-chuck patties, cheddar, bacon jam, and grilled jalapeños, there’s a burger for everyone! There’s also a veggie option, Livin’ on the Vedge, plus chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, and a “Build a Burger” menu for customizing your own. To round it out, they also serve beer, wine, and pints of Plano-based Henry’s Homemade Ice Cream!
THE SPACE
Inside, find booth seating, a black-white-yellow color scheme, and nods to both historic Frisco and famous comedians. It’s designed to feel playful and welcoming, just like the name suggests!
