The Design District is gaining 160,000 sq ft of space called The Seam, that will bring over five dozen spaces for restaurants, retail, wellness, fitness, showrooms, cafes and more, while situated among green space in the center. We are here to break down the details of what to expect!

A LUXURY, OPEN-AIR SPACE
Redeveloping the 1970s retail plaza at 1444 Oak Lawn (next to the exterior wall of Carbone), The Seam will aim to create a “sophisticated retail destination.” It will feature green space, large windows, natural tones, courtyards, and more.
