DOLCE RIVIERA

The perfect way to feel like you ventured to the Italian Riviera, without leaving Dallas, Dolce Riviera is a beautiful restaurant in the Harwood District. Located off of Harry Hines, just down from Harwood Arms, it originally opened in 2016, and provided a great date night and girls night out spot, for upscale dining experience, and an A+ patio!

DOLCE 2.0

Everything about Dolce is pretttyyy much the same, and that’s a good thing. We wouldn’t have wanted this beautiful gem of a Southern Italian restaurant to change, with the light wood patio furniture, big plants creating a secret garden atmosphere and hints of blue all around the restaurant. It’s kitschy, relaxing and luxurious all at once.

SPACE

Grab an Aperol Spritz and head to the garden while you wait for your table. The inside bar has a darker, more intimate feel, while the inside dining room, a more traditional Italian dining experience, like you’re in someone’s home. Our favorite place to eat is the covered (and air conditioned) patio though, with a looming loom tree that now extends out to decorate the entire space.

MENU

Modern Italian dishes line the menu, whether you’re seeking carpaccio, arancini or burrata to start, some light salads of arugula, orange and fennel to continue or pastas and entrees to finish. We tried a range of dishes, and have to say, the spaghetti was a fan fave, simple but delicious! But the Truffle Gnocchi is definitely something to share with the table for a decadent treat.

Finish your meal with some limoncello, maybe you want to even take it back in the garden, lit up beautifully at night. OR head next door by the valet for a new tiny secret Parlor Bar, which features hard-to-find wines, or Italian cocktails like a negroni!

PS reservations are now open!
