Dynamic duo and co-founders, Bruno Bianchi and Isabel Amaya bring a taste of El Salvador and Italy to Dallas. Growing up in families deeply rooted in the coffee bean industry, they’re on a mission to share the stories behind each cup! With commercialized coffee often lacking sustainability, they’re dedicated to preserving the traditions of their grandparents and passing the torch to create brighter futures for coffee farming communities!
