They have franchise locations all across the country, including 5 right here in DFW and we visited the newly relocated Richardson location that now has double the space!
THE WORKOUT
Their signature 30-minute Afterburn workouts combine high intensity interval training (HIIT) with active rest training where you’re able to burn twice the calories in half the time! Each class is led by their nationally certified coaches and is focused on weight loss and body toning. One of the coolest parts is the workouts are designed to keep your metabolism running at a higher rate for up to 36 hours so you can keep the calories burnin’ long after your workout ends!
