Toronto-based chain Fluffy Fluffy just opened 1 of 4 U.S. locations right here in DFW! With locations across the UK, we are so excited they made their way to Texas and landed in Frisco! We finally tried it ourselves and they are so good!

Known as Fuwa Fuwa, Japanese for “Fluffy Fluffy” their products highlight both Eastern and Western influences to celebrate the cultural diversity of Canada! Combined with the scratch-made ingredients, and low temperature + longer cook times, the pancakes are worth the wait for a yummy not-too-sweet dessert or mid-day treat! Plus each pancake is made with locally sourced milk and free of artificial additives!
THE MENU
Their famous made-to-order soufflé pancakes are made with whipped egg whites, making them airy and light and giving the pancakes a slight jiggle! Indulge in over 10 types of pancakes, but we tried the tiramisu and matcha and both were amazing and perfect to share!
