GOOD BOY CAFE
Good Boy Cafe is a tiny coffee shop inside of Hey Koneko, a vintage store on Main Street just outside of Deep Ellum. Owner Linda Bishop drew inspiration from major cities around the world like Rome & Mexico City, where you’ll find hidden gem coffee shops inside of stores. We don’t have many in Dallas, but we’re hoping she’s paving the way for more!
SPACE
This coffee shop meets vintage store is truly a work of art. With dark greens, leather & wooden accents, and even taxidermy mounts, it has a vintage charm that we’re obsessed with. You’ll even find a dim room in the back full of hand-picked vintage pieces from around the world! And if you want to stay a while you’ll find the most inviting velvet green seating areas!
SIPS & BITES
Find a traditional menu consisting of espresso-based drinks made with beans from Lemma Coffee Co. as well as loose-leaf tea, matcha, chai, and cocoa-based drinks! All of their syrups are made in-house, including lavender and brown sugar! Don’t forget to pair it with a bite too, like donuts from Moreish Donuts in Bishop Arts or pastries from Doughregarde’s in The Village!
HEY KONEKO
Hey Koneko is probably the coolest vintage store we’ve been to in Dallas. Everything is hand-sourced from Linda and her husband on travels to Europe, the East Coast, and even Kansas! Aside from clothing, you can also find home goods, jewelry, bags, candles, ceramics, a plethora of plants, and more! And if you’re not already obsessed, you have to know that profits from the store help run her cat rescue, A Feral Friend.
