Deep Ellum now has a new way to enjoy chicken n’ waffle…on the go! And not only is Chick'nCone a foodie lover's dream, it’s also a super convenient way to grab a bite. And it’s now open next to Trinity Cider on Main St!
Chick'nCone was born in NYC as a food truck serving portable chicken and waffles. It quickly took off and was franchised with its first retail location in Dubai of all places! But now it’s making its way back around the states and Dallas is a most recent stop. It’s a great take on a classic Southern dish and makes for one delicious snack…seriously we are addicted.
The menu’s signature is of course the hand-rolled waffle cones stuffed to the brim with crispy popcorn like chicken bites. You can also customize your cone with a selection of six sauces: CinnaMaple, BBQ, Peri Peri, Yella BBQ, Buffalo Blue and their biggest seller, Kick'nRanch.
You can also enjoy a variety of fried chicken dishes including a Chick’nSandwich and Chick’nTenders, served with one of the sauces. Sides include Cajun fries, Cajun corn, and Mac n’ Cheese! If you're in the mood for dessert, be sure to try their waffle crunch shake!

Given that it’s located in Deep Ellum, you can expect it to be open late night on weekends. Visit until 2 am on Friday and Saturdays, and beyond, it’s open daily starting at noon.
