Located in Preston Park Village, Kauboi BBQ is the first restaurant from Ryan Kim, who moved from California to Texas to make his dream a reality. After years of experience in Japanese kitchens, he created a modern, Western-inspired space that fuses sushi and Korean-style AYCE dining!
THREE MENU TIERS
Kauboi offers AYCE options, each one adding more premium proteins, appetizers, and sides as you go up in price. They all have unlimited food for one flat rate, with a $2 per piece or $8 per plate fee for leftovers! No alcohol yet, just soda for now, but an Izakaya bar is in the works!

WHAT STOOD OUT TO US
We were blown away by the quality, but also how CLEAN it felt! No lingering BBQ smell thanks to their high-tech air system, and the gold-accented plates and grills added a luxe touch. Plus, the staff was the sweetest!
