We recently celebrated 9 years of Dallasites and celebrated with the Mi Cocina food truck which was a total hit!! We were so impressed with their authentic Tex-Mex served fresh out of the truck and their attention to detail with music, the presentation of toppings, and of course the mambo taxis! The food truck itself is spectacular with black and gold detailing, speakers on the roof, mambo taxi dispenser, and it’s lined with neon lights! From happy hours, wedding receptions, and graduations, Mi Cocina’s trucks bring you the same delicious food, amazing service, and margs directly to your event!
The capacity of their trucks ranges from having some friends over for tacos to accommodating 600 people! Their services include a fully customizable bar, drink station with salt, limes, and tajin, & an appetizer station with salsa, queso, guac, rice, & more! Everything is fully customizable whether you want taco plates, quesadillas, fajitas, and of course, all the mambo taxis!
THE EXPERIENCE
We can’t recommend Mi Cocina Catering enough for your next event! Even their entire presentation was amazing, including their tablescape and decor to elevate the table! They even brought plants to decorate so we didn’t have to bring a thing! We loved how efficient it was too, with the food prepared in their restaurant kitchens prior to arrival so there were no long lines and guests were served quickly!
