Say hello to Mother's House! This tattoo studio meets coffee shop and bar is one of the most unique spots we’ve ever visited in Dallas. We recently stopped by and are obsessed! Here’s how our experience went!

MOTHER'S HOUSE
Tucked in the heart of Oak Lawn, this woman-owned gallery is a tattoo studio, coffee lounge, and mocktail bar. The studio’s commitment to quality is evident in the dedication of its founder, Brieana Jones, whose tattooing journey began in 2015. She put her entire heart and soul into the studio and you can tell by the way she lights up when she talks about it. Plus, she has done an amazing job making it feel welcoming, safe, and like a home!
THE SPACE
Step into an adorable house that boasts an eclectic and whimsical vibe, from the striped yellow ceiling in the coffee lounge to the light green checkered patio. Each room has its own charm and we are just obsessed with the unique design elements & pieces found throughout the house.
P.S. We love that you don’t have to be tatted or get tatted to hang out at Mother’s House! Choose from any espresso-based drinks, teas, or mocktails, and get cozy in their lounge or vibrant patio!

Mother’s House isn’t your typical tattoo studio; it’s a whole experience. Find a team of six talented artists, each specializing in diverse styles such as Chicano, Japanese, folk, traditional, minimal, and more! They’re open Sunday through Tuesday for appointments only but they also take walk-ins on Wednesdays and Saturdays! Don’t forget, free parking is available in the back!
