A pairing many years in the making, Trinity Cider has joined forces with Dominican pop-up Picadera DFW to take over a big space in Deep Ellum that’s now open for ciders and chimis!

Updated January 2025

TRINITY CIDER

If not familiar, Trinity Cider opened in 2018 in a tiny space in Deep Ellum, as one of only two cideries in Dallas and quickly became popular for its creative fusions like Mangonada and Cide Boob (watermelon), its warm and inviting staff and owners, plus a cider take on a sale bomb! And after 6 years, it’s officially outgrown the space!

PICADERA

Trinity Cider would often invite Picadera to pop up and serve food, bringing its vibrant Dominican street food, community, music and dancing with him. People fell in love with the signature Chimi sandwich, Dominican smashburger, empanadas and other street food items. And after its own tenure making a mark in the Dallas community, it was time for its own space!

PAIRING UP

So both teamed up to take over the space at Main St and Crowdus where you can spot in during the day for a casual meal and drink or visit at night until midnight on weekends, where the Dominican vibes will be sure to come to life!

FUN VIBES AT NIGHT

The fun atmosphere that Picadera brought to Trinity Cider in the form of Dominican music and dancing will still be found at the new location, open until 12am on weekends!
