DALLAS PUPPY YOGA
Every last Sunday of the month from 1pm to 2:15pm, Satya teams up with Dallas DogRRR (Rescue, Rehab, Reform) to bring their adorable rescue pups to the studio for a deep stretch class, with all of the puppy kisses and cuddles.

On Satya Yoga's website, you can sign up and reserve a spot by making a minimum $25 donation. ALL proceeds go to Dallas DogRRR! Note: you may have to scroll a bit or click on the last Sunday of the month to find the class.

Located in Medallion Center off Northwest Hwy, Satya offers yin/restorative with reiki, meditation, yoga sculpt, vinyasa, and therapeutic sound classes beyond all levels of yoga, in a calming environment and great instructors!
We love that Satya hosts this for the community and at the same time, helps support a great local non-profit, and gives rescue pups a chance to socialize, play and love…and maybe even find their future home!
