Since 1981, Rodeo Bar has been serving up Texas-sized fun to dallasites, but saddle up because they just got even bigger and better with new renovations, a delicious food menu, craft cocktails, and a new expansion called The Back Room.

Updated January 2022

RODEO BAR

Rodeo Bar first opened its doors in 1981 in The Adolphus Hotel. After serving Dallas for nearly four decades, the local favorite closed in 2018. With exciting updates and a major farce lift, Rodeo Bar is now reopened to the public with a whole new look, but the same Texas-tavern feel.

MENU

Come ready to eat because this menu is packed with hearty Texas classics that are transformed into bar food! Expect fried chicken + burnt end sandwiches, nachos, wings, iconic smash-style burgers and the taco salad was incredible! What goes better with a burger than iced cold beer? Grab a cold one or if you’re feeling adventurous try their signature Boilermakers, which are a whiskey and beer concoctions, like the Founding Father, which features Budweiser and Jager!

Fun fact: Raspberry Chess Pie was the first pie their pastry chef learned how to make!

SPACE

This new renovation is the perfect blend of old and new.  Retro elements, like the original floors, neon bar signs, and vintage booths take you back in time, but the menu and The Back Room bring a fun and modern, nightlife twist! The space includes bar top and booth seating, pool tables and darts for playing, and a new expansion, The Back Room, perfect for hosting private events.

Make sure to head over and tip your hat to the new and improved Rodeo Bar, open Sunday - Thursday from 4pm-12am and Friday - Saturday from 4pm-2am!
