TRADES DELI
Nestled in Bishop Arts, Trades Deli is not just bringing more bagels to Dallas, but gourmet sandwiches, artisanal roasts, and coffee. This charming deli offers a unique fusion of French elegance and New York flair, creating a cozy yet cosmopolitan atmosphere! Owned by the dynamic duo, Roberts and Wallace Cowan, who also run the beloved coffee & brunch spot, OddFellows and Jaquval, Trades is their latest culinary venture in the historic building that’s over a century old!
THE MENU
From house-made bagels to gourmet sandwiches piled high with house-smoked meats, there’s something for everyone for any time of day! Our favorites included the bagels & lox and the pastrami sandwich on rye…unreal!! Plus, they also have deli meat and mayo-based salads like potato, macaroni, and broccoli. So grab some sandwiches, a bottle of rose, and homemade chocolate chip cookies, and you’re all set for a picnic!
P.S. They also roast their coffee in-house and it’s amazing! So don’t forget to pair your sandwich with a cold brew or cappuccino!
